To be eligible to use CasinoJR's services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Never been declared bankrupt or currently subject to any unresolved bankruptcy proceedings.

By registering a CasinoJR account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, Malaysian phone number, valid email address, and date of birth. This information is required for identity verification and account security purposes.

You are solely responsible for keeping your CasinoJR account password secure and for not sharing it with any third party. CasinoJR will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) CasinoJR account.
• Registering with false or fabricated information is prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of your account.
• You must notify CasinoJR immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• CasinoJR reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.

• For Sports Betting — EPL, Malaysia Super League, BWF badminton, e-sports, and more — odds are final at the time the bet is placed.
• CasinoJR reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player without the obligation to provide a reason.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a Live Casino session, any interrupted round will be voided and all bets fully refunded.
• The minimum bet for table games such as baccarat and blackjack is RM1 per round.

CasinoJR maintains a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, manipulation, and unethical conduct. Strictly prohibited activities include:

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any third-party tools to play or place bets.
• Manipulating game outcomes or exploiting bugs within the CasinoJR system.
• Opening multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses or promotions.
• Transferring funds between different accounts for the purpose of money laundering.
• Sharing or selling your CasinoJR account to any third party.
• Placing opposing bets (matched betting or arbitrage betting) with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
• Using abusive, threatening, or unlawful language or behaviour toward staff or other players.

CasinoJR reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for the following reasons:

• Incomplete identity verification (KYC) or information provided found to be inaccurate.
• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion purposes.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the CasinoJR support team via live chat or email. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player once all security checks have been completed.

CasinoJR shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the following situations:
